Welcome to Stylez Home Living. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. GENERAL
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Stylez Home Living, including online, in-store, phone, invoice, quotation or custom orders.
Stylez Home Living reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, dimensions, colors and images are accurate. However:
• Measurements are approximate only
• Colors may vary due to lighting, screen settings and material batches
• Natural materials such as leather, timber, marble and fabric may contain variations, markings, grains or textures
• Product availability may change without notice
Minor variations are not considered faults or defects.
3. PRICING
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Errors in pricing, descriptions or promotions may be corrected at any time, and Stylez Home Living reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders affected by such errors.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Orders are confirmed only after deposit or payment has been received.
For custom-made or special orders:
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
• Estimated lead times are approximate only
Outstanding balances must be paid prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Stylez Home Living reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock availability, supplier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
5. CHANGE OF MIND / CANCELLATION
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Approved cancellations may incur administration and restocking fees.
Custom-made, made-to-order, clearance, floor stock or display items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and may vary due to shipping delays, supplier schedules or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
• Correct delivery address
• Suitable access for delivery
• Adequate doorways, stairways, lifts and pathways
Additional delivery fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or customer absence.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery services do not include:
• Assembly
• Wall mounting
• Electrical installation
• Removal of old furniture
• Removal of packaging or rubbish
Risk and responsibility for goods pass to the customer upon delivery or collection.
7. INSPECTION & DAMAGES
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery or collection.
Any visible damage, missing items or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours.
Failure to notify within this period may affect warranty or transport claims.
8. WARRANTIES
All products are covered by applicable warranties and guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only under normal residential use.
Warranty does not cover:
• General wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Pet damage
• Misuse or improper care
• Sunlight, moisture or environmental damage
• Commercial use unless agreed in writing

9. FLOOR STOCK & CLEARANCE ITEMS
Floor stock, display and clearance items may contain minor imperfections and are sold on an “as inspected” basis.
Customers acknowledge acceptance of the item condition at the time of purchase.
10. STORAGE
Goods must be collected or delivered within the agreed timeframe.
Storage fees may apply for delayed collection or delivery requests.
If goods remain uncollected for an extended period without communication, Stylez Home Living reserves the right to cancel the order and retain deposits to recover associated costs.
11. WEBSITE USE
All website content including images, logos, descriptions and designs remains the property of Stylez Home Living and may not be copied or used without permission.
Users must not misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stylez Home Living shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
13. PRIVACY
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website or services, customers consent to the collection and use of information required for order processing, delivery and customer support.
14. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
